What makes your agency different?

I’ve been in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. I’ve seen the evolution of an industry, especially in the last 5 years. The internet has changed the way people shop, including myself. People want the speed and efficiency of an online communication, but with the ability to pick up the phone and talk to someone when they have a question or a problem.

The other thing I’ve learned is people want to deal with someone they trust. At my agency, we work with honesty, integrity and the highest ethical standards, which is why we consistently win the highest sales honors Farmers bestows.

What other services does your office offer?

I realized we had a base of clients that trusted us. Real Estate and insurance are parallel businesses. It seemed like a natural extension to offer people who have their insurance with our agency to work with me to find their next home, or sell the one they are currently living in. It makes both insurance and Real Estate a seamless collaboration.

In addition, many people walk in our agency requesting notary services which we didn’t offer until recently. Now, our current clients can use the notary service for free. It’s just another convenience service we’re trying to offer.

Who are your ideal clients?

I have a wide range of clients. I am able to assist both families and businesses with their insurance needs. I find the most successful clients are the ones who are looking for a long term relationship with an agency that offers a high level of personal service and knowledgeable staff who understands what is most important to them.
